We Need Local Merchant Sales Affiliates; i.e., Area Reps. Represent your local area selling a product that will have your merchant customers thanking you for years to come, and will provide you with a recurring income and a business operation you can sell when its time to retire. We are a perfect fit for freelance web and graphics designers with an existing client list.

We Need Local Content Providers; i.e., freelance writers and journalists. You will be compensated for what you contribute, whether its a business review that makes it to a sub category list page in the 'Marketplace', or an article in Where You Live, or News and Commentary. Area Admins will review and post articles to our ImpartialPress™ eNewsPaper and for syndication to our entire network. More views equal more dollars for you.

How It Works. If you are not currently a Member of one of our network sites, join (it's Free) at any site in our network or at TownWebPortals.com. Once logged in, clicking the 'Manage Account' tab will direct you to ‘my settings’ page where you will find your unique Member referral link Id to this ImpartialPress.com web site. Also, when logged in, the ’Advertise With Us’ link found inside the ‘MarketPlace’ tab automatically has your Member Id embedded in the Merchant signup form. Sign up a new Merchant and we will add a new Town Web Portal for that locality, if one does not already exist. For signing a new Merchant you will find that $40 income has been added to your personal account (view 'activity' link inside 'Manage Account' tab). An Area Admin will be overseeing, and if you can properly service/maintain that Merchant, you can become an Area Rep and start receiving $120 for each new Merchant you signup. Servicing and maintaining a Merchant’s account consists of assisting the Merchant with knowledge of how to interact with Members, including flyers, Widget and popup Ads, coupon giveaways, TakeOrder, directory listings and more. If you assist with creation of flyers and ad design, the account is yours and charges for these services are negotiated between you and the Merchant. We sell advertising and the use of our site features only. In addition, we randomly select a Members Id when new Merchants sign up without a referring Member Id link. $40 income goes directly to a random Member when a new Merchant joins this way and $80 income is directed to the Area Rep in the new Merchant's locale that will service the account. This could be you!

Another $80 from a Merchant's advertising payment goes into two (2) pools ($40 each). One is our Content Provider Pool and the other is our Ad Widget Pool. Contributing Members receive income distribution from either pool based on page views or Ad views. 50% of the pool is distributed by unique views and the other 50% by total views. Distribution is monthly and based on total pool dollars divided by all views and then multiplied by your views. We review content posts and deem what is worthy of inclusion at our discretion. Site Owner - Ad Widget Demo

Ad Widgets are served county/province specific or by visitors IP Location. Widgets fall back to a set of standard non-regional Ads if there are no local advertisers currently signed up in the locality. $40 of each merchants ad payment is pooled and divided 50/50 by unigue visitors ad views/total ad views. Fall back ads are Commission Junction or Click Bank Ads and revenue from commissions’returned for product purchases go directly to the Member using the Ad Widget to monetize the web site, after we deduct 20% for administering this service. You are paid through PayPal when you click the 'pay me' button in 'Manage Accounts' > payment activity. Its free to use our Ad Widget and monetize your website(s). The outside of curve background color is provided only to match your pages color as and aid in selecting your border and inside curve color. The area outside the curve is actually transparent to display properly with your page color or background image.

News - Where You Make The News - Literally

Our News Widget links directly to our forums News, Commentary and 'Where You Live' content, and is veiwable by region. Now you make the news by providing content that you are paid per view by the content pool. Since this widget includes advertising you also get paid per view by the Ads pool.
